The science behind the product:

The two main ingredients in Arthro-Immune Joint Support formula contains two unique blends of natural ingredients that can support joint health. Both of these blends have been studied scientifically:

PARACTIN® Andrographis extract

An extract of andrographis herb native to India and Sri Lanka, PARACTIN® has demonstrated an ability to help inhibit inflammatory factors to support joint health in both, clinical and in vitro studies [2].

In a placebo-controlled study, adults taking 150 mg a day of Andrographis extract reported joint comfort support [3]. In another trial, both 300 mg and 600 mg per day of PARACTIN effectively promoted joint comfort [4].

Curcumin Elite™ Turmeric Extract

Arthro-Immune Joint Support also contains Curcumin Elite™ Turmeric Extract. This is our new proprietary extract that we use in all of our curcumin formulas. Curcumin Elite™ has high amounts of free curcuminoids, the active compound in curcumin that gives it its health benefits.

Free curcuminoids help inhibit inflammatory factors to support joint health [5]. They can also help inhibit the metabolism of arachidonic acid (a special kind of free radical), as well as the activities of cyclooxygenase, lipoxygenase and cytokines (also special types of free radicals) [6].

Curcumin also boosts free radical scavenging. Curcumin’s ability to support joint health and comfort has been demonstrated in a number of clinical trials [5,7,8].

However, when curcuminoids are absorbed into the body they conjugate. This a normal chemical reaction where one compound attaches to another.

However, the conjugation of curcuminoids is problematic, because conjugated curcuminoids do not necessarily provide the same health benefits as non-conjugated ones [9,10].

The Curcumin Elite™ formula protects curcuminoids from conjugation by combining curcumin with a type of fiber derived from fenugreek seeds called galactomannans.

That way, it enhances both the availability and absorbability of curcuminoids so that you can enjoy up to 45.5 times more bioavailable free curcuminoids as well as 270 times better absorption of curcuminoids, compared to standard curcumin. That way, you gain all the antioxidant and other health benefits of curcumin.

How to use:
